It’s like a guest house with private room.
Pros – Great location close to Azabu-juban, Roppongi by 10 to 15 min walk.
There are two shower rooms which are separated with restroom.
It was always available when I stayed. –
You can use washer and dryer for free.
However, It was mostly occupied by other guests.
Could feel the steel pipe of the frame on my back. – Wall is too thin.
Tip – It’s not hotel.
Bring your own tooth paste, soap, shampoo. – Never forget to bring card key with you.
You can not enter the house after door closed and locked.

To begin, I found the staff extremely accommodating, with all of them being extremely nice and willing to help out whenever possible.
My stay here lasted for over a month and I found every minute here quite enjoyable.
The room was indeed as advertised, though as an FYI, the bathroom and kitchen are shared among the other residents (which wasn’t an issue for me).
Finally, i found the location extremely convenient as it was right next to both Azabu Jyuban and the center of roppongi.
Thanks again for the pleasant stay!

I found the staff extremely friendly and the community extremely inviting. Nothing,
I thought everything was as advertised.

It was a great location, very close to the train.
It had an air conditioner and a nice bathroom.
The host was very accommodating and nice.
Only thing is the WIFI didn’t really work in the room, but they had Ethernet so bring your converter of you want Internet!

Very nice and clean room with confy bed.
Modern bathrooms and washing machine.
Good internet connection.
Host and other guests were very open minded and helpful if I had any questions.
The neighborhood is generaly very quiet. Unfortunately, there were construction workers on the building next to my room who were very noisy in the early morning.
This should only be a temporary problem though.
Ignasi Moreno Tor correcte!
La ubicacio molt bona, estas aprop de tot.
Comparteixes wc, pero casi no ho vaig notar.
Com a nota negativa dir q el llit ha sigut megaincomode.
Millor dormir al terra.

Good place overall, small but clean rooms.
There is a nice big shared
living room to hang out as well as a kitchen that has everything.
The shared bathrooms are okay, the shower could have been a bit cleaner but if you aren’t very complicated in this case you will not have a problem with it.
Very helpful and quickly responding host as well as close to Azabu-Juban subway station.
Always again!

Place
The location was AWESOME. It’s walking distance to Azabu-juban and Roppongi, and had little stress to get around.
The place is clean enough and had enough space for one person to live.
Although the wall is not thick and you may hear your neighbor’s sound, but they are generally fairly quiet especially at night.
The shared bathroom was much cleaner than I expected.
Overall, the place is really nice at this price range.
Host: Although I haven’t seen Seiji in person due to my tight time-schedule and holiday schedules, but Seiji provided all the information
I would need and it was very comfortable staying there.

This place was amazing!
You get a really nice group of house mates that will welcome you as one of their own.
You are super close to a lot of delicious food and roppongi(great for night life).
You have a wondering shared commodities as well as everything is super clean.
I can’t recommend this place enough. Jesse
I love the people and the service.

Great place to stay in Tokyo.
Was there for one week and had a massive room compared to other places
I stayed at over Japan for a really good price.
Seiji is very helpful and checked up on my during my stay.
From the share house is was easy to reach all the attractions and sites of Tokyo
I wanted to see.
Highly reccomend this place for anyone visiting Tokyo.
Adam

Seiji was a great host.
He is shy speaking English but his written English is perfect so there was little problem communicating basic stuff.
Pros:
Location, location and location Pretty much everything you need on a long term stay (washer/dryer, kitchen/fridges, even soft drinks available from vending machines)
Certain communal feel which you’d appreciate as a tourist (and you’d benefit from mingling with the local residents here in terms of getting travel tips etc.)
Also make sure you adhere to their rules (keep it clean, keep calm, no parties in private rooms etc.)
Cons: Some may find shared baths and relatively thin walls less privacy-friendly
Probably not for those solitary types nor for 1st time Japan visitors but for me overall it’s a good experience. Thanks!
Keita M I stayed for about one week. Seiji is so cool and professional.
Whenever I need something, he always helped me immediately, e.g.
fixing a door lock and bringing blankets. The place is really ideal for traveling around the heart of Tokyo, especially Azabu and Roppongi area.
It’s closed to Azazu-Juban where the tons of bars and restaurants are located. Also, the just few minutes to get to a subway station and you can reach major tourist spots easily.
The room is spacious and the building is amazingly well equipped.
I would definitely recommend his place if you visit Tokyo!
Thank you for everything. My short stay in Juban was so enjoyable.
I definitely recommend your place to my friends who visit Tokyo!
Zeljko Svedic Despite the fact the me and the host didn’t speak the same language, we were able to agree on everything using little help of Google Translate 🙂
My host was really helpful and took time to pick me from the subway station.
Room was minimalistic, but the good thing is that the Azabu Gardenia is a Japanese shared flat meaning you can use small living room and kitchen at 3rd floor and enormous living room and kitchen at 6th floor.
It was a great experience, as I meet other Japanese people living there for a long term
